Margery's
I am interested both in the material culture of intimacy and our emotional relationship with the domestic space. This work is extracted from the series, Margery’s, which is an intimate photographic exploration, looking at everyday objects, hidden places, and daily routines within the home. The character of the occupant is explored through her domestic environment and possessions, creating a document that reveals signs of the multi-layered history of the home, exposing it as a ‘container of time’.
